Electrica Group, leader in the distribution and supply of electricity in Romania, recorded in the first nine months of 2015 a consolidated net profit of RON 428 million, an increase of RON 92 million, or 27%, compared to the first nine months of last year. The operating profit in the mentioned period was RON 497 million, 22% higher than the same period in 2014.
During this time, the profitability attributable to Electrica’s shareholders increased with 38%.

Va informam ca termenul limita pana la care se pot receptiona buletinele de vot prin corespondenta si imputernicirile speciale sau generale pentru exercitarea dreptului de vot in cadrul Adunarii Generale a Actionarilor din data de 26/27 octombrie 2017 este vineri, 20 octombrie 2017, ora 17:00, respectiv cu cel putin 2 zile lucratoare inainte de data desfasurarii sedintei AGOA si respectiv AGEA. Formularele vor fi insotite de documentele care sa ateste indeplinirea cerintelor de identificare prevazute la Sectiunea I din Convocatorul suplimentat (Cerinţele de identificare aplicabile acţionarilor).
