The Internal Audit Charter is an official document which defines the purpose, authority and responsibility of internal audit activity. The Internal Audit Charter establishes:
The position of internal audit activity in the organization, including the nature of functional relation of the head of Audit & Compliance Service with the Audit & Risk Committee and the Board of Directors;
Authorization of access to records, staff and physical properties relevant for the carrying out of mission;
Defines the purpose of the internal audit activity.
Va informam ca termenul limita pana la care se pot receptiona buletinele de vot prin corespondenta si imputernicirile speciale sau generale pentru exercitarea dreptului de vot in cadrul Adunarii Generale a Actionarilor din data de 26/27 octombrie 2017 este vineri, 20 octombrie 2017, ora 17:00, respectiv cu cel putin 2 zile lucratoare inainte de data desfasurarii sedintei AGOA si respectiv AGEA. Formularele vor fi insotite de documentele care sa ateste indeplinirea cerintelor de identificare prevazute la Sectiunea I din Convocatorul suplimentat (Cerinţele de identificare aplicabile acţionarilor).
