Starting with the 2nd Quarter of 2018, Electrica SA didn’t make the activity of representation in the balancing market as a Balance Responsible Party, under the License for the activity of electricity supply Nr. 1091 / 13.07.2012, which was transferred to Electrica Furnizare SA.
The license for electricity supply activity no. 1091 / 13.07.2012 was withdrawn by ANRE Decision no. 728 / 05.10.2018.
Because in this period the company did not make the activity of supplying electricity to final consumers, the provisions of Article 22 of the ANRE Order no. 6/2017 regarding the determination of the performance indicators for the electricity supply activity can not be fulfilled by categories of end consumers.

Va informam ca termenul limita pana la care se pot receptiona buletinele de vot prin corespondenta si imputernicirile speciale sau generale pentru exercitarea dreptului de vot in cadrul Adunarii Generale a Actionarilor din data de 26/27 octombrie 2017 este vineri, 20 octombrie 2017, ora 17:00, respectiv cu cel putin 2 zile lucratoare inainte de data desfasurarii sedintei AGOA si respectiv AGEA. Formularele vor fi insotite de documentele care sa ateste indeplinirea cerintelor de identificare prevazute la Sectiunea I din Convocatorul suplimentat (Cerinţele de identificare aplicabile acţionarilor).
