BUCHAREST, September 20th, 2018 – Electrica assigned the first five social projects winners of the third edition of the Grant Program “Electrica puts Romania in a different light.” 60 projects have been registered for the national competition in order to receive funding amounting to a total of EUR 50,000. The winning projects address initiatives in the fields of education, health and culture, and exert an impact on the communities in the areas of Sibiu, Cluj, Buzău, Arad, Bucharest, as well as on a national scale.

Va informam ca termenul limita pana la care se pot receptiona buletinele de vot prin corespondenta si imputernicirile speciale sau generale pentru exercitarea dreptului de vot in cadrul Adunarii Generale a Actionarilor din data de 26/27 octombrie 2017 este vineri, 20 octombrie 2017, ora 17:00, respectiv cu cel putin 2 zile lucratoare inainte de data desfasurarii sedintei AGOA si respectiv AGEA. Formularele vor fi insotite de documentele care sa ateste indeplinirea cerintelor de identificare prevazute la Sectiunea I din Convocatorul suplimentat (Cerinţele de identificare aplicabile acţionarilor).
