Electrica, the market leader in distribution and supply of electricity in Romania, was awarded by Ziarul Financiar at the ZF Conference Top Transactions which took place in Bucharest, Tuesday, March 31st, 2015.
Electrica received “The biggest transaction on the stock market in 2014″ Award, in recognition for the last summer success, when the company was dual-listed in Bucharest and in London stock markets. “Beyond the historical listing of Electrica S.A., we assure you again, that we will abide by the commitments entered into the prospectus offer”, said Ioan Dumbrava – Operations Director.

Va informam ca termenul limita pana la care se pot receptiona buletinele de vot prin corespondenta si imputernicirile speciale sau generale pentru exercitarea dreptului de vot in cadrul Adunarii Generale a Actionarilor din data de 26/27 octombrie 2017 este vineri, 20 octombrie 2017, ora 17:00, respectiv cu cel putin 2 zile lucratoare inainte de data desfasurarii sedintei AGOA si respectiv AGEA. Formularele vor fi insotite de documentele care sa ateste indeplinirea cerintelor de identificare prevazute la Sectiunea I din Convocatorul suplimentat (Cerinţele de identificare aplicabile acţionarilor).
