Today marks the 2 year anniversary since Electrica was listed on the Bucharest and London Stock Exchanges, the most important privatization in the recent history of the Stock Exchange. In the past two years, Electrica has registered a better evolution than the market itself and the energy sector on BSE.
At this time, the shares of Electrica have reached a new historical high value, closing at 13.12 per share on Friday on BSE.
Moreover, since the start of this year and until today, Electrica has had remarkable results, succeeding in being the most profitable company in the energy sector (with a 7.5% yield) and the second most profitable in the entire market.

Va informam ca termenul limita pana la care se pot receptiona buletinele de vot prin corespondenta si imputernicirile speciale sau generale pentru exercitarea dreptului de vot in cadrul Adunarii Generale a Actionarilor din data de 26/27 octombrie 2017 este vineri, 20 octombrie 2017, ora 17:00, respectiv cu cel putin 2 zile lucratoare inainte de data desfasurarii sedintei AGOA si respectiv AGEA. Formularele vor fi insotite de documentele care sa ateste indeplinirea cerintelor de identificare prevazute la Sectiunea I din Convocatorul suplimentat (Cerinţele de identificare aplicabile acţionarilor).
